Vendor Agreement

Location and Dates

Set Up Times? 

7:30AM set up time
ALL VEHICLES will be asked to be out of vendor area by 9:30AM (unless youve purchased a vehicle vendor add on)

Where is my booth spot?

You will be assigned a booth spot by email prior to the event and all spots will be clearly marked the day of the event.

Is my booth spot refundable?

50% refund will be given if you request refund 30 days prior to the event date (Before April 21st)
NO REFUND will be given if requested within 30 days of the event (After April 21st)

Is there a rain date?

Being an outdoor event, rain is a possibility. Rain cancellation will be at the discretion of the event coordinators. If the event is canceled due to rain it will be rescheduled for the following weekend (Saturday reschedules to the following Saturday 05/25/24 and Sunday reschedules to the following Sunday 05/26/24).  All vendors understand that in the event of a rain date, the festival will be rain or shine. No refunds will be given due to weather on rain dates.

Are there any items I cannot sell?

  • Alcohol ( Unless otherwise stated )
  • Cannabis products containing THC ( CBD products are acceptable )
  • Weapons ( unless approved by management as craft items )
  • Illegal substances or product
  • Beverages of any kind including alcohol, bottled water or soda ( unless otherwise stated )

Is there cell service?  

We absolutely love how secluded the Pine Barrens are, however it does cause some issues with cell service. We recommend bringing cash for change. There will be an ATM on site for attendees and we will let them know to bring cash as well.

What comes with my vendor spot?

10'x10' space only!

YOU are responsible for bringing your own 10x10' tent as well as your own tables / signage. 

Will electricity be available during the event?

No. Although you are able to bring your own "quiet" generator if needed. If there are generator complaints, you will be told to shut it off or be asked to leave the festival.

How does vendor load in / load out work?  

Vehicles will be able to drive right up to their spot from 7:30AM til 9:30AM for load in.
Then again for load out starting at 5:15PM. 

Will there be overnight security on site?  

2 day vendors are welcome to leave their booth set up overnight at their own risk. Site security is not guaranteed although you are welcome to stay with your items under/around your tent. 

May I choose or request a different location for my vendor spot?  

Pine Barren Makers Festival Management reserves the right to assign Vendor’s space in accordance with the best interest of the Pine Barren Makers Festival. Pine Barren Makers Festival also reserves the right to limit the number of food vendors selling the same products.
